Conventional Positioner (SRP)

Conventional rotators are a high quality and economical solution for peripheral welding of cylindrical parts in cases that the diameter is not highly variable. Used for rotating circular parts such as tanks, pressurized containers, tower piping, boiler, silos, reactors, fuel drums etc. Rotators improve the speed and efficiency both during automatic and manual welding and have an important role in steel construction workshops by minimizing crane operation. Operators can rotate the pieces mounted on the rotator clockwise or counterclockwise, precisely, well-aligned and controllable via control panel, in easily adjustable speeds. Conventional rotators comprise of two units as 1 drive and 1 idle unit. Number of drive and idle units can be changed according to the application conditions. Akyapak Makine includes 1 to 300 tons conventional rotators in its standard lists. However, custom production can be realized up to 600 tons.

Self Align Rotators (SAR)

Self-aligning rotators are an ideal solution for conditions where diameter of the rotated work pieces is variable. Used for rotating circular parts such as tanks, pressurized containers, tower piping, boiler, silos, reactors, fuel drums etc. These rotators are able to adjust wide diameter ranges automatically. No additional time or effort is required to commence rotation of the work piece. Rotators improve the speed and efficiency both during automatic and manual welding and have an important role in steel construction workshops by minimizing crane operation. Operators can rotate the pieces mounted on the rotator clockwise or counterclockwise, precisely, well-aligned and controllable via control panel, in easily adjustable speeds. Column Bom System (MCB)

While Column-Boom systems can perform welding independently for any part, it may also perform circular or lengthwise welding using rotator or positioner. Welding types that can be performed by the system are SUBMERGED, MIG, MAG, TIG. Also, Column Boom systems can be fixed or with automatic travel on rail. Column-Boom systems enables improvement of quality, reduction of manufacturing time and operator fatigue, precision and continuous welding quantity that can be realized by an operator. Akyapak Makine includes 3x3 to 9x9 Column-Boom systems in its standard lists. However, custom production can be realized up to 10 x 10 meters.

Hydraulic Profile Bending (APK)

AKYAPAK offers extensive alternatives on heavy duty profile bending machines as well. Our machines are strong and reliable with their St-52 weld construction body. Minimum flexion causes less deformation, by the help of our machines’ enlarged roll diameters. By the help of big measurements of bearings, durability and high bending momentum can be obtained. The power of hydraulic cylinders enables to bend the larger parts without difficulty. Practical and universal rollers creates the possibility of easiness for bending various sections, and this feature gives the opportunity of being more powerful and robust. Akyapak Profile Bending Machines are 3 rolls driven. This feature allows to have a possibility to make the high capacity bending processes real. Secondly, our 3 Rolls Driven machine minimizes the slipping of the materials during the bending process. The two bottom rolls are hydraulically driven and they can move independently with each other. Therefore, in comparison with the machines which are top roll drive, the features of our machines enhance the ability of operators and give the opportunity to make pre bending process on both edges. Side supporters can move towards three directions to reduce the deformations and to facilitate bending processes, especially with angles and spirals.

Tube Bending Machine With Mandrel (ABM)

ABM series of tube bending machines produced by AKYAPAK with “High Technology” by the best quality range components with various lengths, provides excellent results for bending operations of tubes up to 38, 50, 76, 80 mm tube diameters. ASM-S offers a robust and powerfull machine with its fully welded steel frame. The top and lower rolls are driven by electric motor + gearbox + gear system.

4 Roller Hydraulic Plate Bending (AHS)

Since the swing guides are designed according to the lever arm principle, the machine provides more power to bend the material, pre-bending becomes perfect and flat ends decrease to minimum level. 3 Roller Hydraulic Plate Bending (AHK)

Akyapak manufactures 3 rolls hydraulic plate bending machines with capacity in thickness from 2 mm to 200 mm and in width from 500 mm to 12000 mm. Frames of our machines are made of welded steel (St-52). Roll shafts and bearings are of high quality and robust in terms of bending moment. All 3 rolls are independently driven by hydraulic motors and gearboxes on 3 rolls plate bending machines whose top roll diameter is 230 mm or larger. As for the machines whose top roll diameter is smaller than 230 mm, top roll is driven by gearbox and lateral rolls are driven by hydraulic motors independently.

Angle Punching (AZD)

CNC Beam Drilling, Marking, Cutting Line (ADM)

With there separate independent spindle units, the profile can be drilled from three sides. There are four tool changing systems with four-toolings capacity for each spindle. Firstly, material to drill (profile, box profile, angle) is placed on infeed conveyor. The workpiece, which is hold with handle claw of drive machine, is driven into the drilling machine and the position of the piece is set to zero by laser light. Drilled workpiece, (if available) is driven to the angled bandsaw with handle claw of drive machine.* Sawing can be done in desired lenght and angle (-44/+60°). Sawed rolls of material are driven to the output conveyor.
